Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a in Aylesbury is seeking a Site Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the dairy site. You will work closely with production, maintenance, logistics, scheduling, engineering and process teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery and site continuity.

Reporting to the site leadership, you will oversee safety, quality and performance, coordinate across shifts, and drive continuous improvement to optimise downtime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions that support safety, quality and performance.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate production, maintenance, logistics, scheduling, engineering and process teams.
• Monitor performance, safety, quality, and site continuity, escalating issues with actionable solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead a positive shift culture and align teams on priorities.
