Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a SHES Advisor to support infrastructure projects in Scotland, based out of the Glasgow office. You will help maintain the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems, conduct site inductions, and drive incident investigations and audits.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma in Health & Safety with at least 3 years’ civils/renewables experience, strong communication, and IT skills. The role offers a defined career path with benefits and a focus on safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, health and environmental systems.
• Ability to conduct inductions and document audits.
• Strong awareness of ISO 45001/14001/9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Safety Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Produce monthly safety statistics and audits.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformances and log reports.
• Ensure training records are up to date and accessible.
• Prepare and present safety meetings and reports.
