Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is recruiting a SHEQS Administrator to support the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Construction Capability Framework. You will provide vital administrative support to the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Sustainability function, ensuring accurate reporting and effective data management across a portfolio of projects.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute to audits, data dashboards, and continuous improvement, with a pathway toward SHEQS

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the SHEQS function across the CCF framework.
• Maintain and manage SHEQS data, records, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Collate, prepare, and submit monthly SHEQS reporting data within agreed timescales.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and other management information to support the SHEQS team.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of SHEQS actions, ensuring records are maintained effectively.
• Manage document control activities and support the distribution of SHEQS communications and updates.
• Consult with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective administration and information management.
• Provide general administrative support to the SHEQS team as required.
