Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a SHEQ Manager for a forward-thinking manufacturing business in the Greater Manchester area. You will lead the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality strategy across the organisation and drive improvements in compliance, performance and governance.

You will develop robust policies, procedures and training programs, and establish a proactive culture with accountability for safety and environmental excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced SHEQ professional with strategy development and implementation experience.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems and quality processes advantageous.
• Ability to drive cultural change and behavioural safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality strategy across the business.
• Develop and embed policies, procedures, training and management systems for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive improvements through a cross-functional, SMT-aligned leadership approach.
