They are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Manager to lead and develop our SHEQ policies and procedures across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SHEQ management within a technical or industrial setting, demonstrating leadership and expertise in risk assessment, audits, and training programs.


SHEQ Manager Job Overview
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies and procedures in compliance with legal and industry standards.

SHEQ Manager Job Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a SHEQ management role within a technical, industrial, or construction-related sector.
  2. Commutable to the office in Rainham.
  3. Happy to travel as far as Scotland to visit one of their key clients occasionally.
  4. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
  5. Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills to promote a positive safety culture.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with teams at all levels within the organization.
  8. Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) and quality management (ISO standards) are desirable.
  9. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

SHEQ Manager Salary & Benefits
  1. £60,000-£65,000 salary dependant on experience.
  2. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holiday.
