About the Role

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for Health & Safety, Environmental, or Quality Management? Have you completed a placement year and are now looking to kick-start your career in a supportive, hands-on environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist design, manufacturer and supplier of sectional buildings, who are seeking a SHEQ Graduate to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career working closely with an experienced SHEQ Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a SHEQ Graduate, you will be involved in the full range of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) activities, including:

  • Supporting the delivery and continual improvement of the company’s SHEQ management systems
  • Assisting with audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Helping to develop procedures, reports, and performance statistics
  • Providing advice and support to employees and subcontractors on SHEQ matters
  • Promoting a strong safety culture across all business operations
Requirements
  • Degree-educated in a relevant subject (e.g., Environmental Science, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering)
  • Completed a placement year in a health & safety, environmental, or quality-related role
  • Strong communication and IT skills
