Job Opportunity: SHEQ Auditor / Audit Manager

This is a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

In this key role, you will drive continuous improvement, support external accreditations, and embed best-in-class SHEQ practices across all sites. You’ll play a vital part in our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, helping ensure our operations remain ethical, compliant, and future-ready.

Please note: this role involves travel two nights per week to our sites (when required).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and manage the SHEQ audit programme across the Group.
2. Lead internal and supplier audits, report findings, and recommend improvements.
3. Support compliance with ISO standards (14001/9001).
4. Work with teams to maintain certification readiness and drive continuous improvement.
5. Support incident investigations and training initiatives.
6. Promote a culture of SHEQ excellence throughout the business.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with certification bodies and CSR frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UK SHEQ legislation.
• A passion for auditing, a proactive mindset, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
• Valid driving license.
