Job Description
At Uniserve, we don’t just deliver supply chain solutions — we shape them. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven SHEQ Auditor / Audit Manager to lead and develop our SHEQ audit strategy across the Uniserve Group.
In this key role, you will drive continuous improvement, support external accreditations, and embed best-in-class SHEQ practices across all sites. You’ll play a vital part in our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, helping ensure our operations remain ethical, compliant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and managing the SHEQ audit programme across the Group
Leading internal and supplier audits, reporting findings and improvements
Supporting compliance with ISO standards (14001/9001)
Working with teams to maintain certification readiness and drive improvement
Supporting incident investigations and training initiatives
Promoting a culture of SHEQ excellence throughout the business
What You’ll Bring:
ISO 14001 / 9001 Auditor qualification
Hands-on experience with certification bodies and CSR frameworks
Strong understanding of UK SHEQ legislation
A passion for auditing, a proactive mindset, and stakeholder engagement skills
Willingness to travel within the UK
