Danaher & Walsh is seeking a SHEQ Advisor to strengthen our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performance across all operating regions. This is a permanent, full-time role working across our sites and offices.

You will carry out regular site and office SHEQ inspections and audits, investigate incidents, advise teams on SHEQ management systems, promote a positive culture, and help review risk and HAVS assessments.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out regular site and office SHEQ inspections and audits, reporting findings and ensuring compliance with agreed programmes
• Investigating incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences and ill health, preparing reports and presenting SHEQ performance statistics
• Advising site and office teams on SHEQ management systems, procedures and best practice
• Promoting a positive SHEQ culture through engagement, briefings, alerts and proactive initiatives
• Undertaking or reviewing risk assessments, COSHH assessments and HAVS exposure audits
• Identifying non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and helping improve SHEQ systems and procedures
• Liaising with clients, HR and internal teams, representing the company professionally at all times
