We are part of the Social Infrastructure pillar, operating in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties nationally. We are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal/external refurbishment works across our projects in the East Midlands.

Your Role as SHEQ Advisor

• Undertake periodic risk assessments, reviews and implement more robust procedures when necessary.
• Provide specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts are compliant and embed positive behaviours in day‑to‑day works of operational teams.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and provide formal reports and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

This is a site‑based role that requires a SHEQ professional with previous construction/property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving licence and vehicle for work purposes. You will also possess the following:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• Environmental Management & NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety (desirable).
