Grundon Waste Management is seeking a dynamic SHEQ Advisor for our Head Office in Benson. You will provide practical guidance on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality and translate legislation into workable procedures.
Role involves audits, incident investigations, delivering training, and promoting a positive safety culture across sites. Requires NEBOSH certificate, 3+ years' experience, ISO audits, and strong communication skills.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, but the nature of the role may mean additional hours from time to time and flexibility to sometimes work to suit certain shift patterns

Reporting into the Head of SHEQ the SHEQ Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality excellence. The successful candidate will provide practical guidance and support to managers, helping to ensure robust procedures and systems are in place to meet legislative requirements, industry best practice, and external standards.
Due to the nature of the role you may occasionally be required to work additional hours, and a flexible approach will be needed to support varying shift patterns when required.
