Job DescriptionShell & Core Project Manager - Landmark High-Rise Scheme - Leading London Developer

A unique opportunity to lead the shell & core delivery of 2 storey towers (10 + 20 storeys) within a flagship regeneration scheme in Battersea.

This renowned London developer is known for design-led, high-density projects that transform urban spaces. You’ll be part of a dynamic in-house team delivering technically complex buildings, part of a wider mixed-use development that’s redefining riverside living in the capital.

You will take ownership of the full shell and core phase of residential towers, from structural works and building envelope to MEP infrastructure before the final fit-out stage.

Your Role:

1. Manage the shell & core phase: structural frame, envelope, and base-build MEP
2. Coordinate structural, civils, and services to deliver a seamless tenant-ready handover
3. Oversee main contractors, drive programme, quality, and safety
4. Ensure smooth interface between design, construction, and future fit-out

What You’ll Need:

1. Strong engineering background (structural/ civils)
2. Proven experience on high-rise residential or mixed-use projects (£100m+)
3. Solid leadership, technical coordination, and delivery focus
4. Ideally experience working for both subcontractor and a main contractor/ developer
