WorkForce Employment Services Ltd is recruiting 8 Temporary Night Shift Shelf Replenishment Assistants to support a major retail store in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 7JS). The role runs 8:00pm–8:00am and pays £14.34 per hour, including holiday pay.

Ideal for candidates with retail or warehouse experience. You will replenish shelves, move stock from stockrooms to the shop floor, keep areas tidy, and follow safety procedures as part of a busy night team.

Hours: Night shift, 8:00pm-8:00am

Pay Rate: £14.34 per hour, including holiday pay

Start Date: Sunday 16th August - 8:00pm

We are currently recruiting 8 Temporary Night Shift Shelf Replenishment Assistants to support a major retail store based in Bury St Edmunds, IP32 7JS.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in retail, merchandising, stock replenishment, warehouse work, picking and packing, or general manual work. You will be working as part of a busy night team to ensure the store is fully stocked, organised and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenishing shelves with stock across the store
• Moving products from stockroom areas onto the shop floor
• Ensuring shelves are tidy, well-presented and correctly filled
• Checking stock levels and supporting stock rotation where required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous retail, merchandising, shelf replenishment or warehouse experience
• Ability to work night shifts from 8:00pm until 8:00am
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace in a busy retail environment
• Flexibility and willingness to support the team
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Ability to carry out manual handling and be on your feet for the duration of the shift
