Sheet Metal Worker (Progression to Estimator)

Location: Oldham

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (OTE £45,000+) + Commission/Bonus + Training + Progression + Early Finish Fridays

Are you a Sheet Metal Worker looking to progress your career into the more operational side of Sheet Metal through Internal Sales/Estimating? You will receive training and progression opportunities with a company at the forefront of British Manufacturing.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project costs, developing precise estimates, and working closely with multiple departments to support accurate budgeting and effective project planning.

This position is suitable for a Sheet Metal Worker with some sales experience who is looking to progress into Estimating and beyond.

The Role
