Sheet Metal Worker

Global Recruitment have an exciting long-term opportunity for an experienced sheet metal worker / welder.

Our Client has been supplying the construction industry in Scotland with quality gauge metal fabrications of varying complexity, shape, and design.

Since 1997, our Client has been carrying out all of its manufacturing operations under a formally approved and certified Quality System.

Temp-Perm

Location – Paisley

Rate Of Pay (CIS / umbrella) - Up to £20 per hour (dependent on experience) + overtime

Rate reviewed after 13 weeks before PAYE Employment is offered.

Suitable candidates should have the following:

1. Be experienced in all types of Fabrication and Welding to a high standard with an emphasis on Stainless Steel TIG.
2. Must be fully competent in all aspects of sheet metal work.
3. Guillotine and brake press experience (essential).
4. You must have the ability to read from Engineering drawings and work on your own initiative in a workshop environment and on Customer premises.
5. We require people who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and who are extremely flexible in their approach to all aspects of Engineering & their working hours.
