Looking to start May 2025

Sheet Metal Worker – £37,318 day shift - £49,632 back/night/weekend shifts - located in Glasgow. Benefits include a competitive pension plan and an enhanced annual leave allowance.

Shift Patterns:

• Mon – Thurs: Day Shift 07:00 – 16:30, Back Shift 14:00 – 23:30, Night Shift 20:30 – 06:00
• Fri – Sun

Overtime Rates:

• Mon – Thurs: Time and a third
• Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time thereafter
• Saturday: Time and a half
• Sunday: Double time

Requirements include a Modern Apprenticeship certificate or Trade Papers (must provide proof), understanding of SHE, COSHH risks, manufacturing processes, and comfort working in confined spaces or at heights. Safety certifications such as SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, and working at height are necessary.

Background in a major construction or manufacturing environment preferred. The client is a global defence leader working on a large naval project, offering a flexible and innovative work environment.
