Job Description:

Self-motivated individual able to receive, plan, and manage the overall project assignments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordination drawings is essential. This position is responsible for working with project managers and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

• Study blueprints, diagrams, and specification sheets to understand the work required.
• Precisely measure sheet metal and mark it at the proper places to meet specifications.
• Use cutting tools to prepare sheet metal for manufacturing or installation.
• Shape, drill, and bend sheet metal to fabricate parts or components.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Trade School diploma related to the position is highly preferred.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands include frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Material handling may require lifting from floor level to overhead. Additional requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
