Job summary

Kinetic plc seeks an Assembly Operative in Lytham to join our engineering team. You will use hand tools, read technical drawings and assemble sheet metal components on a 37-hour week, Monday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities.

This permanent role offers a temp-to-perm pathway. You should be numerate with a good command of English; training is provided on site. Salary up to £12.75 per hour plus overtime. We value accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and numerate.
• Experience in metal assembly is helpful but training is provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to specification.

• Reading from technical drawings.

• General assembly tasks and moving pallets as needed.
• Operate presses where required.
