What Makes You Great

  • England and Wales: You have five GCSEs grade A*–C (9–4) and a minimum of two A-levels or a level 3 equivalent qualification
  • Scotland: You have five National 5 qualifications at grade A*–C and a minimum of two Scottish Highers
  • You have to have resided within the UK or Scotland for a minimum of 3 years, aligned to the apprenticeship guidelines
  • You have a passion for developing and learning new skills and knowledge
  • You bring a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with others as part of a team
  • Lastly, you have a good level of communication skills
