Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd seeks a SHE Systems Manager to ensure the group’s SHE data, systems and reporting support compliance and operational excellence. You will govern data platforms, dashboards and user access, driving accurate performance insights across the business.

Role requires experience in SHE management systems, knowledge of health and environmental regulations, and ability to produce management information and dashboards for audits and oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SHE management systems in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience producing management information, dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience supporting ISO management systems and certification audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SHE policies and guidance remain current, compliant and aligned to business needs.
• Manage system configuration, updates, testing and user access with IT to improve UX.
• Develop and maintain SHE reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with regional SHE Directors to align group systems with needs.
