Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Clevedon is offering an Apprenticeship Programme designed to develop practical and professional skills through a two to four year structured, hands-on learning path.

You will learn from experienced colleagues and take on real responsibilities while building confidence for your future career. The role sits within Atlas Copco Group, with a focus on SHE and safety culture at site.

Qualifications

• Good communication and fluent English.
• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 (C) or above.
• Microsoft Office applications, basic IT skills.
• Empathy when dealing with people in difficult situations.
• Social skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the SHE Management System at the Clevedon site.
• Support internal audits on processes in line with ISO 45001/14001 and local procedures.
• Track and report on SHE related non-conformances.
• Support SHE related projects as required.
• Promote and influence a positive safety culture.
• Assist process owners to assess risks and implement protective measures.
