Reporting to the BRUSH Power Solutions (BPS) Senior SHE Manager, the SHE Manager will be responsible for promoting and upholding a positive health and safety culture throughout the Scottish region, focusing on civils construction and M&E disciplines at site. The role will also be responsible for keeping employees, contractors and visitors to site safe, preventing harm and ill health and helping to achieve SHE KPI targets. This role will develop and maintain SHE standards within all BPS projects both as Principal Contractor and contractor status in accordance with current health and safety legislation, BPS policies and procedures. Ensuring managers and employees always demonstrate compliance with all health and safety legislation, SHE standards, BPS policies and procedures.
