You will work for an FMCG giant with a full portfolio of well-known products, working within an exciting up & coming category! Exciting time to join the business with a current turnover of £1.3b and aggressive growth plans, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved amazing YoY growth over the past 3 years!

As SHE Manager you will be responsible for:
– Site lead for Health, Safety and Environment
– Managing an experienced H&S Assistant Manager
– Set the strategic framework for managing Health, Safety and Environment standards
– Develop, review and monitor SHE objectives
– Make recommendations, propose options and develop implementation plans to ensure that the site maintains compliance in all areas of SHE
– Communicate to and influence the senior management team
– Provide coaching, specialist advice and practical support on all SHE matters to all levels of the site
– Keep up to date with new SHE legislation and best practice developments

What are we looking for?
– A minimum of 5 years experience within an HSE role in a manufacturing environment
– NEBOSH or equivalent
– Experience in planning and implementing projects
– Experience in working with and developing partnerships
– Experience in giving presentations and/or facilitating workshops
– Experience in report writing
