Job summary
Blanchard Wells Limited is seeking an experienced SHE Manager to lead our Safety, Health & Environmental function within our Civil and RC Frame contracting teams. You’ll manage the SHE team and support operations by delivering inspections, audits and investigations on site.
The role requires NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, and 5+ years in construction health & safety, plus a full UK driving licence.

- 5+ years' experience in construction Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out site safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Reviewing internal and subcontractor RAMS.
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety campaigns and H&S training.
- Supporting ISO and industry accreditation renewals alongside our Quality team.
- Producing SHE related Board reports.
