Job summary

M Group is seeking a SHE Lead to guide and support our teams across MEICA and construction, delivering a proactive safety approach. You will champion the It Starts with Me culture, lead investigations, and ensure senior-level safety oversight.

With a NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 and five years of SHE experience, you’ll drive improvements and influence culture across multi-site projects within the infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Five years’ SHE experience in MEICA and construction.
• Proven leadership across multi-site or cross-divisional teams.
• Senior SHE oversight in large infrastructure projects.
• Strong team leadership delivering consistent guidance.
• Expert CDM 2015 knowledge and high-risk activities.
• ISO 45001 auditing experience.
• Ability to drive improvements and influence positive culture.
