Job Title: SHE Advisor – Contract Management

Location: Barrow-in-Furness – on-site

Salary: Starting from £40,748 – depending on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Ensuring timely and consistent advice, support, coaching and governance of SHE standards and legislation
2. Supporting the development of an improved safety culture within the Submarines function and the SHE improvement programme
3. Providing professional accountable interface with all stakeholders including functional leads, regulators, contractors, and customers
4. Contributing to audits and accident/near miss investigations, producing comprehensive reports with root cause analysis

Essential - Your skills and experiences:

1. Experience supporting the management and Health and Safety Risk processes in a high risk environment
2. NEBOSH Certified
3. Experience delivering training or coaching
4. Audit and investigation skills
5. Experience of working in a Construction environment or within the Submarine enterprise

You will gain a breadth of knowledge across the build and construction areas in a very diverse and complex business. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
