Job description

Please note, this role is not a SharePoint development role but instead focuses on the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint from a business perspective.

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Digital Transformation Specialist to lead the digitization and transformation of critical business processes, particularly within the supply chain and commercial teams of our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) businesses. This role involves setting up and managing SharePoint sites, designing and distributing newsletters, and coordinating the rollout of new systems to hundreds of associates.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in SharePoint transformations, including site creation and management.
• Familiarity with newsletter tools
• Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and supply chain digitization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale rollout projects and train diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Plusses:

• Experience working with commercial teams and CPG businesses.
• Change management and project coordination expertise.

Day to Day:

• Lead SharePoint transformation projects, including the creation and management of SharePoint sites tailored to business needs.
• Develop and implement digital solutions to support supply chain operations and commercial teams.
• Plan and execute the rollout of new systems for hundreds of associates, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
• Design and manage newsletters, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Provide training and support to associates to ensure effective utilization of new systems and tools.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure successful implementation within deadlines (May timeframe).
