Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience of SharePoint Site Development for a short-term position to develop a functional and visually engaging SharePoint site for the Centre for Research Staff Development (CRSD).

The CRSD provides professional development support for research staff at King's and hosts a wealth of online resources for them. The team is looking to create a SharePoint site as an accessible central hub for existing and new resources for research staff.

This role is ideal for someone with strong front-end and SharePoint development skills, and the ability to work independently and deliver on a tight timeline. This role is available for 2 weeks (70 hours) with possibility of extension to 3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRSD team to gather requirements and understand site objectives.
  • Customize site pages, layouts, and navigation using SharePoint tools and features.
  • Integrate document libraries, lists, and forms.
  • Ensure responsive design where possible.
  • To follow GDPR requirements
