You’ll deliver templated SharePoint solutions, provide 2nd line support, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet enterprise requirements. The role emphasizes strong SharePoint Online development, ECM principles, and the ability to document and train users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 stack and ECM principles.
• Ability to create technical documentation and deliver user training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain templated SharePoint sites and solutions.
• Implement new releases of SharePoint applications, including testing.
• Provide 2nd line support and admin for SharePoint Online.
• Support SharePoint demand pipeline and operational workflows.
• Produce specifications and designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Implement structured/unstructured information storage mechanisms.
• Develop and execute test schedules for deployed solutions.
• Liaise with integration teams and suppliers during projects.
• Analyze business needs to create lean ECM processes.
• Ensure robust documentation and user support for new apps.
