• Proven experience in interior design, preferably residential and kitchen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with team members
• An eye for detail for creating meticulous designs and managing projects to completion
• A full UK driving license for traveling to client meetings and project sites
• The current owners seek a younger team to transition ownership. Candidates should be interested in eventually taking on ownership responsibilities and growing with the company
• Salary: OTE - £45k - 65k per year in the first year + profit share
• Company car available for client site visits
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• An opportunity to take over a well-established family business
