North Herts Council is seeking a Shared Service Manager (Waste) to lead the waste, recycling, and street cleansing services. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Buntingford, offering a salary of £52,866 - £61,866 per annum plus a car allowance, with a pay award pending. East and North Herts Councils have a new shared waste, recycling, and street cleansing contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious waste professional to lead these services at the start of this new era, overseeing both Councils' waste management activities.
