This is a key role for someone who is passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to helping people take their first step onto the property ladder.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality, affordable homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective buyers at the development
  • Guide customers through the shared ownership process from initial enquiry to completion
  • Conduct viewings, support affordability assessments, and assist with applications
  • Maintain ongoing communication with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales progression
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Keep accurate records of all activity using CRM and sales systems
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding a professional and approachable presence on site
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within shared ownership, new homes, or affordable housing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on site and manage your own schedule
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and confident in using sales tools and documentation
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
What We Offer
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • A supportive team and a chance to make a real impact in the housing sector

Please note without relevant experience selling new homes you will unfortunately not be considered at this time.
