Are you passionate about property sales and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We're looking for a Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Consultant to join our fabulous team for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. Initially, you'll help sell the remaining units in our current development in Watford, before transitioning to a brand new, exciting launch in High Wycombe once the Watford sales are complete.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in two key developments, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent or extended as we have several more projects lined up. You'll play a key part in driving sales, ensuring a smooth transition from Watford to High Wycombe, and contributing to the success of both developments!

Location: Watford (with a move to High Wycombe for the next launch)
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent or extended)
Salary: £34,000 basic + £100 per plot commission
Working Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the remaining units in the Watford shared ownership development, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Transition to the new development in High Wycombe, managing the launch and helping to sell the new units once the Watford sales are complete.
  • Work closely with potential buyers, providing expert guidance on shared ownership and helping them secure their ideal home.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, earning £100 per plot commission.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive a seamless, supportive experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proactive, driven, and customer-focused individual with a passion for property sales.
  • Previous experience in new homes sales or shared ownership is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible and positive approach to challenges, particularly as you transition from Watford to High Wycombe.
