We are looking to register new Shared Lives carer households in B&NES. Shared Lives is a service where carers use their own homes, household members, and daily routines to support people with eligible needs.

Would you like to make a difference in your local community by welcoming someone into your home? We seek individuals passionate about providing high-quality, personalized support to contact us.

Respite stays involve overnight support; thus, carers need a suitably equipped bedroom available for these stays.

The scheme provides full training, support from a dedicated coordinator, and a detailed matching process with potential clients.

There are significant tax incentives for Shared Lives households, including £18,140 per household per year plus £450 per supported person per week (up to 3 people), all tax-free.

This role offers flexible options to accommodate childcare, other employment, or additional household income.
