Bright Horizons Brentwood Day Nursery & Preschool in Brentwood, Essex, is opening a brand-new 88-place nursery in Spring 2026. We are seeking Level 2 Early Years Practitioners to join the team, delivering engaging activities and a nurturing learning environment for young children.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, share our HEART values, and contribute to safeguarding, EYFS practice, and strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Experience creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• Ability to build trust and positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support learning and wellbeing.
• Contribute to daily routines, observations and progress checks.
