Job summary

EY UK is launching an Actuarial Graduate Programme to shape a more secure future for insurers and pension savers. Over two years, you'll work in high-performing teams, building actuarial and consulting expertise while gaining hands-on client experience.

Starting September 2027, the programme supports professional qualification with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, typically taking 3–5 years in total, with training and mentorship across Life, Non-Life and Pensions.

Responsibilities

• Working across the full capabilities of Actuarial, including Life, Non-Life and Pensions.
• Working on projects that help insurers and pension providers navigate risk and change.
• Using data, modelling and technology to uncover insights and support decisions.
• Collaborating with clients and EY teams on actuarial, business transformation, ESG and M&A projects.
• Developing skills through hands-on client experience and learning from professionals.
