Job summary

EY UK in Birmingham invites graduates to join its Actuarial Graduate Programme. Over two years you’ll develop actuarial and consulting expertise while building trust with clients and delivering value in life, non-life and pensions projects.

You’ll complete the IFoA qualification track with hands-on client experience, supported by mentors in high-performing teams, data-driven analysis, and multidisciplinary EY initiatives starting September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work across actuarial capabilities including Life, Non-Life and Pensions.
• Engage in projects helping insurers navigate risk and change.
• Use data and modelling to support confident decisions for clients.
• Collaborate with EY teams on actuarial, business transformation, ESG, regulatory changes and M&A projects.
• Develop skills through hands-on client experience and mentorship.
