Job summary

Yeovil College invites applications for a Foundation Learning Careers, Enterprise and Progression Lead. You will guide careers, work experience, and progression for Foundation Learning students, building external partnerships and creative internal enterprise projects to enrich real-world learning experiences.

You will also lead and support the Careers and Work Placement Coordinator while championing inclusive learner support to ensure every student can achieve a positive destination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams with external stakeholders.
• Background in employability, work experience, or supported internships.
• Knowledge of careers education, progression pathways and Gatsby Benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of careers, work experience and progression opportunities for Foundation Learning students.
• Forge employer partnerships and supported internship pathways.
• Develop internal learning companies and enterprise projects.
• Support Careers and Work Placement Coordinator and Job Coaches.
• Champion high-quality learner support and positive destinations.
