The Logistic Coordinator (Warehouse Administrator) is responsible for the safe and smooth material handling for the entire electrical and mechanical scope (Turbines, Generators, Hydraulic Steel Structures, BoPe and BoPm) of the Snowy project. In this role, you drive the overall material handling and storage at site as per schedule and quality requirements, ensure that bottlenecks are discovered proactively and develop mitigation measures to ensure contract milestones are met within time and budget. You proactively coordinate the material requirements with internal and external parties. You lead the site warehousing team in a mega construction project and provide clear orientation based on transparent project goals.
Snowy 2.0 is the next generation of the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme, and construction of this major pumped-hydro project is well underway. Once complete, the Scheme will provide 2000 megawatts of dispatchable, on-demand renewable power and approximately 350,000 megawatt hours of large-scale energy storage to the Australian National Electricity Market. Voith is the awarded Subcontractor. The above role is in connection to this project.
