Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Application Consultant with deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to lead complex SFMC implementations for global brands. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and custom API integrations.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Operations and enterprise lifecycle marketing frameworks.
• Extensive track record designing, building, and optimizing complex multi-channel customer journeys and trigger-based programs.
• Advanced client-facing consultancy skills with ability to lead workshops and manage executive expectations.
• Advanced data management including SQL querying, audience segmentation, governance and data integrity.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a technical lead and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, and client teams for enterprise delivery and client success.
• Champion adoption and expansion of Catalyst tools across global client base, architecting end-to-end solutions.
• Design and configure SFMC configurations, custom scripts, and automated workflows.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical specifications and data models.
• Establish QA and testing standards to ensure reliability of configurations and features.
• Serve as primary technical escalation for high-level SFMC issues across environments.
• Lead requirements workshops with senior client marketers to translate objectives into solutions.
• Manage complex data architecture and governance, including data validation and audience segmentation.
• Mentor and upskill junior Application Consultants and Specialists.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Catalyst platform features for enterprise clients.
