As Senior Application Consultant (SFMC), you will lead technical delivery, bridge strategy and implementation, and mentor a growing team of consultants and developers across global client engagements.

You will design scalable SFMC architectures, run client workshops, and ensure governance and quality across complex data workflows, delivering measurable outcomes for leading brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SFMC experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
• Proven marketing operations expertise with enterprise lifecycle marketing.
• Experience designing multi-channel journeys and trigger-based programs.
• Strong client-facing consultancy skills and workshops leadership.
• Advanced SQL querying and data governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery with operations, product, and client teams.
• Architect end-to-end Catalyst solutions for global clients.
• Configure SFMC with advanced business logic, scripts, and workflows.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical specifications.
• Establish QA and testing standards for configurations and features.
• Escalate and troubleshoot high-level SFMC issues.
• Run requirements workshops with senior client marketers.
• Mentor junior consultants and uphold quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Catalyst platform.
