Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture, governance and delivery of Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 implementations. You will work with clients across industries to design secure, scalable customer data architectures, orchestrate campaigns and ensure governance across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with security, data engineering and marketing teams to activate trusted customer data, drive AI-enabled journeys and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data 360 or similar enterprise CDP solutions.
• Strong data modelling, identity resolution, unified profiles and segmentation.
• Experience leading marketing transformation programmes and migration strategies.
• Excellent data architecture: ingestion, transformation, governance, metadata and quality.
• Solid REST/SOAP API integration and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 projects.
• Translate client needs into scalable Salesforce solutions for marketing and data
• Define enterprise data architectures including identity resolution and segmentations.
• Design ingestion, harmonisation, transformation and activation across systems.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance and compliance in designs.
• Lead governance reviews with Technical Design Authority and Architecture Review Boards.
• Establish standards and guardrails for consistency across programmes.
• Support release planning, deployment strategies and environment management.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; collaborate with security teams.
• Partner with marketing, CRM, analytics, data engineering and AI teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data 360, MC Next, Agentforce and AI capabilities.
