Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce specialist to configure and develop Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 solutions for our UK clients. You will work with architects, developers and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable customer engagement platforms powered by trusted data.

You will contribute across data ingestion, segmentation, journeys, activations and integrations, while migrating legacy systems to modern Salesforce infrastructure in a hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next or Data 360 solutions.
• Experience with data models, data lakes and identity resolution.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsabilités

• Configure and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 solutions per architecture.
• Build Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects and data transformation logic.
• Develop integrations using Salesforce APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Support migration of legacy marketing automation to Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360.
• Create technical and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
