Job summary

Public Sector Resourcing is recruiting for a SFA Delivery Manager on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. The role is Inside IR35, 3 days per week, based at RAF Wyton with occasional travel to other locations in the UK.

You will manage contractual performance, hold industry partners to account and liaise with DIO to deliver Defence Accommodation Stores per policy. Essential experience includes contract management, performance measurement and a customer-focused approach.

Job description

On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a SFA Delivery Manager Inside IR35 for a contract ending in June 2027 based 3 days a week RAF Wyton and occasional travel to other locations .

As a SFA Delivery Manager , your main responsibilities will be :

• Utilisation of contract mechanisms to hold Industry Partner to account, enabling timely and robust measures to be put in place, to incentivise any required improvements in performance.
• Act as SME for delivery of Defence Accommodation Stores (DAS) to SFA, in line with policy.
• Regular attendance at the Contractor Helpdesk or other locations for performance management and progress meetings
• Manage and, if possible, resolve escalated issues requiring DIO Accommodation decision, input or guidance.
• Manage the team/s to deliver DIO outputs
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to the DIO Guiding Principles

Essential:

• Proven experience in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and holding contractors accountable for performance.
• Familiarity with performance measures, KPIs, and mechanisms to incentivise improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to review, challenge, and monitor performance trends.
• Experience of working in a customer service focused role
