• Interact sensitively, ensuring a trauma-informed approach to care supporting self-referrals along with police referrals.
• Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality in documentation and evidence handling.
• Co-produce individual management plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Provide testimony in court, contributing to the integrity of legal proceedings.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development as part of our Novice to Expert programme.
• Lead initiatives, mentor peers, and engage in programmes designed to enhance professional skills and service delivery, including our partners.

Flexible Working Hours:

Full-time is a 36-hour work week arranged in 3, 12-hour shifts per week. Part-time roles are available, including consideration of a portfolio career across our services, such as Investigations, Clinical Reviews, Expert Witnesses, and other skilled services.

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Nurses with experience or an interest in forensic and legal medicine and a minimum of 3 years post qualification.

• Must have or be willing to work towards master's level study, complete educational courses and work towards being able to provide testimony to court.
