HCRG Care Group seeks a knowledgeable Practice Educator to lead clinical education across the Leicestershire and Rutland Sexual Health Hub, based in Loughborough. You will develop and deliver training for clinical and non-clinical colleagues and support safe, high‑quality care across services.

You will coordinate training on contraception, STI care, and LARC, supervise peers, and work with GPs, pharmacies and school nursing teams to raise standards and confidence.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse registration.
• Recognised competencies in contraception, including LARC fitting/removal.
• FSRH Faculty Registered Trainer qualification.
• Experience in clinical education and professional development.
• Knowledge of sexual health, contraception and training needs across primary care and pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, coordination and delivery of clinical education and training.
• Identify learning needs and develop training programmes for staff.
• Provide supervision, competency assessments and professional development support.
• Collaborate with GPs, pharmacy, school nursing and other partners to strengthen knowledge.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure adherence to current guidelines.
