Job Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 40-hour week, Monday – Friday (early finish Fridays!)
Salary: £23,795

This role requires someone with a high attention to detail and strong machine experience.

• 3:30pm finish on Fridays
• Parking onsite

Responsibilities for Sewing Machinist:

• Read Factory Work Orders, including "special instructions," and produce according to specifications
• Ensure orders are complete before sending products to the next workstation
• Follow specific sewing instructions for products being sewn
• Complete work in the correct priority order according to the daily work schedule
• Clarify any questions regarding work orders with the Production Supervisor
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, including blowing down machines and performing minor preventative maintenance

Requirements for Sewing Machinist:

• High attention to detail
• Strong sewing machine experience
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 15kg repeatedly throughout the day
