Qualifications

• Must have current KY Plumbing License - Journeyman or Master License.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Monday–Friday availability with rotating Saturdays.

• Lead residential plumbing installations, including sewer and excavation projects.
• Operate hand tools and excavators for digging and installation work.
• Promote and protect the brand through quality workmanship.

Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000+ annually (Hourly + Incentives + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential plumbing installations, including sewer and excavation projects
• Operate hand tools and excavators for exterior digging and installation work
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout projects
• Provide accurate recommendations, solutions, and project updates
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites that reflect company standards
• Promote and protect the Tom Drexler brand through quality workmanship and customer service
• Lift and transport plumbing materials up to 75 lbs regularly

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with sewer and water service installations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable and safety-focused
• Monday–Friday availability with rotating Saturdays
• Prior experience leading or mentoring plumbing installation crews
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to code
