About the Role

We're seeking a Settlements Analyst to support day-to-day Back Office operations for trade settlements. You'll work closely with front and Middle Office teams to ensure timely and accurate processing, while maintaining compliance with market and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match and confirm trade data with brokers and custodians
  • Process settlement instructions and resolve unmatched or failed trades
  • Manage funding projections and FX confirmations
  • Investigate and resolve cash and securities breaks
  • Contribute to process improvements and system testing
  • Maintain strong internal controls and respond to inquiries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of settlements experience in private or investment banking
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income products (CDs, ECPs, Bonds, New Issues)
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
