Hours: Full Time 9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Operations Support Team for a Settlement Technician. The role entails liaising with customers and their banks to help them set up, amend and remove bank accounts, helping customers resolve any settlement issues they have around the processing and settlement of premiums & claims transactions and registering customers for other services relating to settlement.
The Role:
In this role, you will support both our Lloyds and Company market customers in the process of setting up bank accounts, set up and maintain settlement messaging, help with the resolution of any issues raised around the actual settlement of premiums and claims processed through DXC, ensuring the daily LIPS company market settlement process completes on time, registering customers for other services relating to settlement and maintaining various system tables to ensure customers are set up on our systems correctly to be able to process transactions through DXC as requested. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role; therefore, previous banking and insurance knowledge is not essential as long as you have the willingness to learn the relevant procedures.
